Job Summary
Transport Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating NSW/ACT transport activities to ensure vendor and carrier SLA compliance, safety, and efficiency. Based at the NSW Distribution Centre, the role partners with transport providers to optimize store replenishment and customer delivery workflows, monitors DIFOT and returns, ensures governance and reporting across BAU transport operations, and supports operational teams with performance visibility. Requires tertiary qualification in business/logistics, experience leading warehouse teams, collaboration with Tier 1 logistics partners, strong analytical and IT skills including transport management systems, and excellent communication to build relationships and drive continuous improvement.

- Tertiary qualification in Business or Logistics
- Experience leading warehouse teams
- Experience working with Tier 1 Logistics Partners and transport providers in a retail environment
- Strong analytical and IT skills with transport management system knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience improving transport safety, compliance, and efficiency
- Ability to plan and coordinate transport to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ability to generate and interpret performance reports and KPIs
- BAU transport operations experience across multiple sites or regions ( NSW/ACT preferred)
