Transport Center Planner

Job Summary
Support daily transport activities by collaborating with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows. Assist with delivery scheduling, transport planning, cross-dock operations, and stakeholder communication while managing claims processes and transport documentation. Monitor overall performance metrics including on-time delivery and cost management, and prepare daily and weekly operational reports ensuring data accuracy. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting implementation across transport systems. Administer transport tools, ensuring accurate data entry and timely resolution of technical or operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Experience in transport operations, including planning, claims management, and system administration
- Attention to detail for data accuracy
- Capability to solve problems, identify and address operational issues
- Ability to escalate operational issues when necessary
- Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and solution focused mindset
- Ability to identify and implement improvements in processes
- Familiarity with varying transport management systems and tools
- Willingness to learn new technologies and workflows
- Deep understanding and extensive knowledge of transport operations, logistics processes, and performance management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency
