Transport Analyst

Analyze TMS data to identify trends, pending deliveries, and ongoing shipments, then proactively monitor status to prevent delays. Act as the primary contact between carriers, internal teams, and clients to resolve delivery issues, coordinate alternative solutions, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Communicate KPI updates and verify SLAs while optimizing routes and carrier utilization to improve service levels and costs. Generate performance reports using transport management systems and foster relationships with carriers and the purchasing department to develop alternative options. Requires medium education, intermediate Office skills, and TMS experience; Power BI knowledge preferred. Located in São Bernardo do Campo, SP, with a CLT contract.
