Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Transport Admin Team in Widnes, ensuring training and support to complete daily tasks; provide admin support to the transport planning team; liaise with customer services/account managers/MDM to ensure smooth execution of plans; coordinate with operations and transport managers; provide holiday/sickness cover for bulk planning and support for the Transport Co-Ordinator and fleet administrator related to failed deliveries and purchase orders.
Required Qualifications
- Team lead/supervisory experience
- Attention to detail
- A hands on/practical approach
- Ideally, experience of working within a Transport team
- Good computer and communication skills
- Someone who works well in a team
