Transplant Nurse Coordinator- Clinical Research Full Time Days

Transplant Nurse Coordinator assumes a central role in the Stem Cell Transplantation and Cell Therapy program, coordinating patient care across all phases under transplant physicians, including planning, documenting care, consent processes, data collection, referrals, follow-up visits, and education for patients, family, and staff; collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate ongoing care, maximize wellness, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements; supports communication between patients, families, and external hospitals/agencies and contributes to quality/process improvement initiatives.
