Job Summary
Board-eligible/board-certified Nephrologist with fellowship training in Transplant Nephrology to join a large multispecialty group. Role includes a mix of general nephrology and transplant duties, supporting inpatient and ambulatory practice, staff transplant program at Hartford Hospital, and participation in a busy call schedule (1:5). Located in Central Connecticut with multiple offices within ~30 miles of Hartford; strong referral base and opportunities for resident teaching within a physician-led, value-based care system.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Fellowship training in Transplant Nephrology
- Connecticut medical licensure (CT licensure) before practicing
- DEA license required
