Job Summary
Join transplant team as a Hepatologist at Intermountain Medical Center (Murray, UT). The role requires an MD or DO with fellowship in Gastroenterology, board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine/Gastroenterology, and an active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one. The position offers a base salary of $528,000 per year plus a $50,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation assistance, and benefits including CME allowance and malpractice coverage. Outreach travel in the Mountain West region is expected (1–2 nights per month). Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis, and credentialing will be completed through Intermountain Health. The program collaborates with national organ donor networks and operates within a large health system across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- U.S. ACGME Residency training in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Gastroenterology
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine specializing in Gastroenterology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
