Job Summary
Conduct outpatient hepatology and transplant care, perform endoscopy and colonoscopy within call structure, and manage inpatient consult service and transplant service coverage. Participate in full transplant call rotation, collaborate with GI fellows and multidisciplinary teams, and assist in MELD/waitlist management, Transplant Oncology, and living donor programs. Support fellowship training and educational activities within a nationally ranked academic center handling 192 liver transplants annually.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Board Certified in Transplant Hepatology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Transplant Hepatology Fellowship
- Eligible for Georgia medical license
- Eligible for DEA
