Job Summary
Conduct outpatient hepatology and transplant care while participating in full transplant call rotation. Perform endoscopy and colonoscopy within the call structure, manage inpatient consult services, and provide transplant service coverage. Collaborate with GI fellows and multidisciplinary teams to oversee MELD/waitlist management, Transplant Oncology, living donor programs, and immunosuppression protocols. Support fellowship training and educational activities within a nationally ranked academic center handling approximately 20 transplants monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Board Certified in Transplant Hepatology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Transplant Hepatology Fellowship
- Eligible for Georgia medical license
- Eligible for DEA
