Job Summary
Conduct outpatient hepatology and transplant care while participating in full transplant call rotation. Perform endoscopy and colonoscopy within the call structure and provide inpatient consult service and transplant service coverage. Collaborate with GI fellows and multidisciplinary teams to manage MELD/waitlist, transplant oncology, and living donor programs. Support educational activities and fellowship training within a nationally ranked academic center averaging 20 transplants monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Board Certified in Transplant Hepatology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Transplant Hepatology Fellowship
- Eligible for Georgia medical license
- Eligible for DEA
