Job Summary
Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with advanced liver disease and those undergoing liver transplantation across Emory Healthcare facilities; participate in transplant hepatology clinical services and shared call coverage; contribute to evaluation, selection, and management of liver transplant candidates and recipients; maintain an academic appointment within the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology; engage in clinical research, quality improvement, and educational scholarship; participate in education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows; contribute to multidisciplinary transplant conferences, program development, and adoption of innovative clinical tools and care pathways.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology
- ACGME-accredited Transplant Hepatology Fellowship
- Eligible for/unrestricted medical license in Georgia
- DEA controlled substances registration
