Job Summary
Transplant Coordinator for the Living Donor Program at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Lead front-line quality and continuity of care, educate patients, families, and other health care providers, and utilize donor/recipient matching modalities. Support patients’ pre-transplant needs and coordinate care within a world-renowned program that emphasizes patient-centered service. On-site role based in New York, NY with responsibilities spanning education, care coordination, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to advance living donor transplantation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- New York Nursing License, or Other clinical licensures may be substituted for RN License (e.g., Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
- 10 years' experience as a Transplant Coordinator in a solid Organ Transplant program, Organ Procurement Organization or Dialysis Center may be considered in substitution for Bachelor’s
