Job Summary
Transmission Project Manager to lead utility engineering design projects from scope through on-time delivery, manage budgets and schedules for 34.5kV to 500kV transmission work, prepare proposals and statements of qualifications, coordinate internal/external reviews, and guide professional communication with clients and stakeholders while collaborating across departments to drive growth in Westwood’s power delivery group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 4+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design
- Ability to independently direct a team of Engineers & Engineering Technicians
- Knowledge of overhead & underground Transmission facilities and its integration
- Familiarity with NESC, ASCE, IEEE, and other industry standards
- Understanding of industry design software
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
