Job Summary
Transmission Project Manager leading a multi-engineer and drafter team in the design and management of transmission line projects in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include QA/QC of engineering deliverables (P&Ps, foundation and structure calculations and drawings, design criteria documents), producing technical documents, project management reports, budget tracking, and schedule development. Required Qualifications
- BSCE or CSME with 10 years' experience or MS degree in engineering with sufficient experience for advancement
- Professional registration (engineer or surveyor)
- Proven ability to perform project management for large engineering projects in a hands-on manner
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; detail orientation; high organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team; handle confidential information; exercise independent judgment
- Occasional travel/driving; adherence to client mandated drug and background checks
