Job Summary
Senior Engineer for transmission lines responsible for the conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design of new and upgraded transmission lines, including material procurement and construction support through energization; coordinates with multiple discipline groups, provides technical mentorship, ensures quality control, and interfaces with clients and project stakeholders. Requires a BS or MS in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of project engineering experience, 2+ years in project management/leadership, and preferred PE license and PMP certification; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years' project engineering experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience
- PE license and PMP certification are preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organization and planning skills
- commitment to quality and accuracy
- ability to meet fast-paced project schedules
- willingness and ability to travel as required
