Job Summary
Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Transmission Line Group Lead to manage and guide a Transmission Line team. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring team members, providing technical oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to foster relationships within an engineering environment. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Transmission Line Design and a four-year technical degree in engineering are required.
Required Qualifications

- 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in Transmission Line Design
