Transmission Line Engineering Consultant 2 - Grid

Manage the execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects by coordinating internal and external departments across the entire project lifecycle. Take ownership of project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience, while leading efforts to complete projects satisfactorily on time and within budget. Direct the project team to ensure accountability, mentor members, and develop positive relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders. Identify and control construction risk, recognize changes, and prepare clear reports that meet client requirements. Analyze issues to provide solutions that improve results. Support reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and dashboard items.
