Job Summary
Manage execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects by coordinating internal and external departments through the entire project lifecycle. Take ownership of project performance including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience while directing the team to ensure accountability. Mentor team members, develop relationships with client functional leads, and control construction risk by recognizing and tracking changes. Prepare clear reports on key performance indicators and analyze issues to improve results. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and offers relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a management/business degree
- 10 or more years of experience in the electric utility industry (engineering, construction, planning, etc.)
- 7 or more years of experience specifically in Project Management of Utility Transmission projects
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- Hybrid work arrangement with three days a week in the office
