Job Summary
Design and analyze transmission structures and foundations while performing detailed structural calculations in accordance with industry standards. Provide technical leadership on project teams to support schedule, budget, and quality goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Maintain strong client communication and contribute to business development efforts when needed. Requires a PE license, PLS-CADD proficiency, and five years of structural engineering experience. In-office work three days per week at any U.S. location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
- Strong experience with steel and concrete design, including use of 3D modeling and analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work without sponsorship
- In-office work three days per week at any of the firms U.S. office locations
Desired Qualifications
- Structural design of transmission steel structures and foundations
- Utility-scale electrical transmission project experience
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior engineers
