Transmission Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of broadcast events for clients, including bookings, scheduling, vendor quotes, and invoicing; collaborate with Sales and Operations to meet client requirements while optimizing value; manage internal and external resources (fiber, IP, satellite, mobile production units, crewing, and contractors) and oversee client paperwork and billing; report to the VP Transmission Operations and function within NEP Connected Solutions to ensure on-time, on-budget event delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years experience
- 4-year degree (or additional experience)
- Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure in Live Television environment
