Job Summary
Review processes for Transmission functions and B2B customer communications, while supporting handling of complaints from Enterprise and other end customers. Identify technical and process gaps in Transmission delivery to streamline operations and arrest customer escalations. Implement suggested measures and deliver training on identified topics during audits. Plan to achieve customer-defined SLAs currently not met, then support the customer in presenting and executing the improvement plan. Requires experience in Transmission Networks, SDH/DWDM, fault management, and NOC environments, with strong Spanish communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Resources having experience in Transmission Network and its components
- Knowledge of SDH,DWDM nodes
- Handling experience of B2B customer complaints
- Having Experience in fault management and NOC environment
- Knowledge and working experience Transmission Network & Tools
- Good Communication Skill in Spanish

- Ability to deliver effective training
