Job Summary
Transloader responsible for supporting daily railcar loading/unloading and material handling in an active industrial rail environment. Responsibilities include operating loading facilities, performing inspections, collecting product samples, documenting activities, coordinating with plant operators, and ensuring safety and operational accuracy. Outdoor, physically active role with potential overtime and weekend work; strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork required. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM day shift; $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Rail operations exposure encouraged and safety procedures adherence emphasized.
