Transload Operator

Transload Operator responsible for unloading railcars to tank trailers and loading/unloading van trailers in a warehouse, following safety guidelines and operating railcar loading systems. Key duties include conveying and enforcing procedures, handling bulk liquid and dry products, conducting product sampling per customer guidelines, keeping storage areas clean, assisting with maintenance, providing accurate railcar track lists with estimated product amounts, and participating in safety training. Requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), and a valid driver’s license; preferred is a Class A CDL with tank and hazmat endorsements. The role emphasizes teamwork, ownership, attention to detail, effective communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to written/verbal instructions with minimal supervision. PPE usage, ability to climb and work around railcars, and ability to operate in varying temperatures and environments are expected.
