Job Summary
Transload Operator responsible for unloading railcars to tank trailers and loading/unloading van trailers in a warehouse setting. Duties include following operational guidelines, loading/unloading bulk liquid and dry products, operating railcar loading systems, participating in safety training, ensuring lockout/tagout and blue flags, sampling per customer guidelines, maintaining a clean storage area, assisting with maintenance, and providing accurate track lists with estimated product amounts. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and preferably a Class A CDL with tank and HazMat endorsements. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environments, wear PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, multitasking, instruction following, and clear communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred Qualifications: Chemical Operator Experience
- Warehouse Operations Experience
- A valid Class “A” CDL with tank and hazardous materials endorsements.
