Job Summary
Provide verbal and written translation services between Spanish and English for election operations. Assist voters with election-related questions and voting procedures while supporting staff with interpretation during interactions. Translate election materials, forms, notices, and instructions as needed. Maintain voter confidentiality and uphold election security standards. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Tagalog is required alongside strong communication skills and prior translation experience. This on-site role in Las Vegas, NV, requires full-time availability during the election season.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
- Prior translation or interpretation experience
- Experience working with the public, customer service, or call center environments
- Be available for the whole contract during the election season
- This is an ON-SITE position in Las Vegas, NV
