Translation Project Coordinator (weekend shift)

Job Summary
Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects, collaborating with internal teams and global vendors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Define project scope, timelines, and requirements with Sales/Client Services; negotiate rates and deadlines with translators, editors, and specialists; monitor progress, track status and budgets, and perform quality control checks. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth, focused on organization, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor ́s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
- Knowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiency (desired)
- Experience in translation/localization project management (desired)
- Familiarity with CAT tools or localization platforms (desired)
