Transitions Technician

Train participants in daily living and pre-vocational skills including cooking, crafts, money management, and outings. Oversee group activities from provided curricula while maintaining safety ratios at the ADT facility and during community excursions. Transport participants to and from programs, documenting progress through activity charts and case files. Plan themes independently, request materials, and participate in training for data systems like APD iconnect. Perform administrative assignments, comply with safety procedures, and integrate into task force groups to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Work in a general office environment with occasional travel to outlying locations.
