Job Summary
The Transitional Support Specialist at Harbor provides personal care services to clients in the Transition to Independence Process program, including leading skill development groups and assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities include supervising medication self-administration, meal preparation, maintaining clinical records, organizing recreational activities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, with CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI certifications required within 90 days of hire. Experience with severely mentally disabled populations is preferred.
