Responsibilities include relationship-based support, risk assessment and crisis response, documenting and complying with organizational standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote stability, independence, and long-term well-being. The role emphasizes daily living skills, medication management, healthy communication, boundary setting, and planning engaging programming to foster resilience and self-sufficiency in individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, addictions, and complex barriers.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Services, Addictions, Social Work, Education or other relevant field
- Standard First Aid and CPR
- Suicide Intervention
- Medication Administration
- Food Safety
- Training in Mental Health First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, De-escalation, Harm Reduction, and Cultural Awareness
