Transitional Housing Support Staff - Nights [PHX]

Monitor resident activities, enforce house rules and curfews, and conduct regular house checks to ensure a safe, structured environment. Provide supportive coaching on life skills and recovery goals while assisting with conflict resolution and problem-solving. Document observations, complete shift notes and incident reports, and perform random drug and alcohol screenings as assigned. Report concerns and incidents to supervisory staff promptly. Conduct intake orientations for new residents when assigned, support transportation coordination, and participate in team meetings and emergency response procedures. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and protect resident confidentiality.
