Transitional Housing Support Staff - Days [PHX]

Monitor resident activities, enforce house rules and curfews, and conduct regular house checks to ensure a safe, structured environment. Provide supportive coaching on life skills and recovery goals while assisting with conflict resolution and problem-solving. Complete accurate shift notes, incident reports, and logs in compliance with regulatory standards, protecting resident confidentiality. Perform random drug and alcohol screenings, conduct intake orientations, and support transportation coordination as assigned. Report concerns promptly to supervisory staff and participate in team meetings and emergency response procedures. Maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and obtain required certifications within the first 30 days.
