Transitional Housing Support Staff - DAYS

Monitor resident activities, enforce house rules and curfews, and conduct regular house checks to ensure a safe, structured environment. Perform random drug and alcohol screenings, provide supportive coaching on life skills, and assist with conflict resolution. Document observations, complete shift notes and incident reports, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake orientation for new residents when assigned and support transportation coordination. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and emergency response procedures as necessary. This role requires a valid Arizona driver's license, current CPR/FA certification, and successful clearance of background checks and drug testing.
