Job Summary
Transitional Housing Navigator role supporting residents in transitional housing with intake processing, connecting tenants to services, maintaining safe and welcoming spaces, and addressing behavioral or safety concerns. Responsibilities include preparing rooms for new tenants, housekeeping, distributing meals, coordinating with services, maintaining confidentiality, and responding to crisis situations per established protocols. Primary shift is overnight (11pm-9:30am) on a part-time basis; ideal for candidates with a strong commitment to dignity and respectful community support in a non-profit/healthcare setting. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and BLS certification within 2 weeks if not currently held; experience in Mental Health or Chemical Dependency is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Must obtain Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) within 2 weeks if not current at hire
