Job Summary
Provide and arrange customised support to a diverse caseload of young job seekers aged 15-24, including developing personalised job plans, resumes, career guidance, interview preparation, and referral to training services. Build positive relationships with potential employers to broker suitable roles and offer ongoing workplace support after job placement. Maintain full-time onsite hours Monday to Friday with a current driver's licence and vehicle. Pass a Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check, and other necessary background checks. Required Qualifications
