Job Summary
Deliver quality care to infants, children, and adults with rare and complex diseases during day or overnight shifts in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. Provide extensive training to the ongoing care team and prepare them for high-tech simulations. Maintain current RN licensure with NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience, along with CPR certification. Commit to a consistent schedule and travel throughout the assigned counties.
Required Qualifications
- Have a current license as a Registered Nurse / RN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
- Ability to travel throughout Chester, Delaware, and part of Montgomery County
- Ability to work around pets
