Job Summary
Deliver quality care to clients with rare and complex diseases while supporting the transition from hospital to home care. Provide extensive training to the ongoing care team and prepare for high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations. Work day or overnight shifts across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery County, committing to a consistent schedule. Requires current RN licensure, NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Have a current license as a Registered Nurse / RN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
- Ability to travel throughout Chester, Delaware, and part of Montgomery County
- Ability to work around pets
