Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for finance transformation initiatives. Develop comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget. Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure client needs are met throughout the process. Evaluate outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement within KUKA's multicultural SSC environment. Travel occasionally within Europe as part of this global automation specialist role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex transition projects within finance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Comfortable to work in a multicultural SSC environment
- Self-starter attitude
- Travel occasionally within Europe
