Job Summary
Senior Associate in Transition Management Services to support the transition and delivery of managed services, lead delivery teams, and optimize client operations. Responsibilities include managing the transition and delivery of managed services, project management, risk & budget management, ITIL processes, operating models for managed services, process mapping and re-engineering, mentoring junior team members, building client relationships, and applying critical thinking to drive continuous process improvement and business transformation. Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus, and strong communication skills are required to collaborate with global teams and clients.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
