Transition Manager

Job Summary
Transition Manager responsible for leading large, complex transition programs from contract signature through initial steady-state operations. Drives governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting across the transition lifecycle; facilitates cross-functional alignment among Operations, Solutions, Finance, HR, Technology, Procurement, and Client stakeholders. Leads deal onboarding discussions to determine transition goals, timelines, staffing requirements, and resource allocation; develops communication and change management plans; ensures staffing models and sourcing strategies align with contractual and financial requirements. Oversees solution handover/validation, validates non-people resources alignment, assesses pricing and delivery requirements, identifies risks and dependencies with mitigation strategies. Partners with Operations and Solution teams to ensure scalable delivery models and continuous improvement; provides regular status and risk updates to leadership. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent), experience leading complex transition/implementation programs, strong PM/RA/stakeholder management skills; experience in BPO/outsourcing/shared services or related industries preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency preferred. PMP/PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma certification a plus; Master’s degree preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
