Transition Manager

Job Summary
Transition Manager responsible for coordinating HPE Greenlake deployment projects in a hybrid work model (2 days per week at an HPE office). Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage project scope, schedule, resources, finances, and risks to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Lead meetings, align customer business and IT needs with project scope, and proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities. Leverage project-management tools, maintain forecasted progress in approved systems, and contribute to process improvements. Requires PMP certification or willingness to pursue certification, advanced English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; French language skills are a plus.

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
