Job Summary
Transition Lead (12 Months FTC) to deliver Transition activity within governance framework, leading teams to provide a quality Customer Services offering (front office contact centre and back office processing) and to deliver a cost-efficient service with optimum resource use. Essential skills include negotiating, problem solving, stakeholder management, planning and organizational abilities, strong operational leadership, relationship building, and capability to deliver service strategy with budget/resource discipline. Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
