Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate TAP workshops, appointments, briefings, and related program activities. Maintain participant records and update information within Government-approved tracking systems. Contact transitioning and retiring Service Members regarding enrollment requirements, workshop schedules, and appointments. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide professional front desk reception services and assist customers with program-related questions. Support workshop logistics, including classroom preparation, attendance tracking, and distribution of training materials. Coordinate virtual training events using Microsoft Teams and other approved platforms. Track, issue, and maintain accountability of Government-furnished equipment used in classroom environments. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative documentation as required. Ensure proper safeguarding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive data. Maintain compliance with all applicable Government regulations, privacy requirements, and installation procedures. Perform other administrative duties in support of program operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months of administrative support, office administration, scheduling, data entry, or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access and any required Government credentials
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting military, Department of Defense (DoD), or other Federal programs
- Experience coordinating training events, workshops, or group scheduling activities
- Familiarity with military culture and terminology
- Experience working in customer-facing administrative environments
