Job Summary
Implement strategic outreach initiatives by identifying and managing partnerships with community-based organizations and building grassroots capacity across local regions. Conduct surveys, coordinate logistics for large-scale events, and assist with staffing informational booths at assigned stations while providing educational materials and presentations. Engage individuals in travel training sessions to prepare trip planning worksheets and collaborate with residential supervision services and the MTA/RTA Marketing Dept. Maintain accurate record-keeping systems to track project progress and ensure service continuity. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 75% travel, and occasional weekend availability.

- Working knowledge of Nashville's public transportation system
- Current license to operate a motor vehicle
- 75% travel required
