Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or related area; or a bachelor's degree and two years of full-time professional experience in budget/financial administration, engineering, management or analysis, or related fields.
• •Associate Transit Management Analyst requires a Master's degree in the listed disciplines and one year of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience.
• •Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualization; proficiency with Power BI; ability to prepare remediation spreadsheets and KPI/PPR reports; strong analytical capabilities; experience supporting maintenance or infrastructure environments preferred.
• •Excellent written, verbal, analytical, spatial awareness, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• •Knowledge of NYCT Subway
• •Proficiency with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
• •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access)
• •Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
• •Ability to read and interpret maps, schematics, and technical drawings
• •Experience supporting operational, maintenance, or infrastructure environments preferred
• •Excellent written, verbal, analytical, spatial awareness, and interpersonal communication skills
• •Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, interview, and written assessment.
