Transit Administration-Maintenance Technician

Lead and conduct minor mechanical, air-conditioner and electrical repairs; perform janitorial and maintenance work; monitor performance of outsourced service contract workers. Maintains close contact with city personnel and the public, requiring tact and diplomacy. Follows safety rules and regulations; works under close to general supervision according to set procedures but determines how/when tasks are completed.
