Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager, TransFund responsible for directing and servicing major clients, offering consultation, cross-selling new products, and contract renewals. Role includes developing products and training materials, providing customer documentation, and mentoring less-experienced Relationship Managers. Travel about 50% with a focus on delivering advanced EFT industry knowledge, relationship-management best practices, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue opportunities and client satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 7+ years in EFT with 5+ years in sales/relationship management, plus strong communication, product knowledge, and project/training capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- 7+ years’ experience in the EFT industry
- 5+ years’ experience in sales and relationship management
- knowledge of EFT Industry and relationship management methodology
- advanced knowledge of bank products and banking applications
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent PC and software package skills
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to travel ~50%
- office-based role with potential for team leadership responsibilities
