Job Summary
Transformational Consultant role focusing on leading end-to-end execution of customer engagement programs for NVIDIA data center-scale networking projects. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives, driving technical strategy and delivery plans, organizing complex engineering discussions (hardware and software), managing stakeholder relationships, communicating delivery status and risks, and ensuring successful project execution across cross-functional teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field, extensive program management and customer-facing experience, strong leadership across diverse teams, understanding of IT infrastructure, embedded systems, and AI solutions, and the ability to work effectively with executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep customer savvy managing complex programs, especially with strategic customers with complex hardware and software architectures and requirements
- Superb leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
- Knowledge of embedded systems and AI solutions is a plus
- Comfortable defining and driving customer programs with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and results
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Experience with IT service delivery lifecycle and methodologies
- Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships
- Ability to design in-depth, complex technical solutions
- In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology and its business application
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level
