Job Summary
Transformation & Technology Vice President to lead change management and technology initiatives within the alternative investment space. Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders to identify process gaps, driving innovative solutions, assessing viability of new technologies and processes, supporting implementation through project and change management, maintaining knowledge management content and client storytelling assets, and delivering training aligned with team member roles. Required experience includes 3-5 years in change management, technology roadmaps, documentation/execution, and/or knowledge management in the alternative investment space, with preferred familiarity in FIS Investran components, Hazeltree, Snowflake, and WorldCheck. The role emphasizes a team-driven, high-attention-to-detail approach and strong written communication skills to support rapid, effective delivery; compensation includes base salary and quarterly bonuses, with a primarily remote work setup and occasional in-person client-site training or on-site support.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading change management, technology roadmap creation, documentation and execution, and/or knowledge management within the alternative investment space
- Familiarity with FIS Investran components, Hazeltree, Snowflake, and WorldCheck preferred
- Strong written communication and organizational skills; capable of prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
