Job Summary
Transformation Relationship Manager to drive Tax modernization across the practice. The TRM acts as a trusted strategic partner between the business, Tax Transformation Office, and delivery teams, identifying opportunities, shaping priorities, translating transformation strategy into practical initiatives, and aligning to one or more Tax sub-service lines. Responsibilities include building relationships with business leaders and practitioners, translating operational realities into actionable initiatives across workflow, technology, AI, automation, data, and operating models; supporting discovery sessions, design-thinking workshops, and roadmap development; enabling change through stakeholder engagement, rollout planning, and measurable business value. Ideal candidate brings operational credibility, strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, and an interest in AI, automation, and innovative approaches to modernizing tax delivery; thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can bridge business needs with technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within Tax, professional services, consulting, transformation, operations or related business environments
- Experience facilitating workshops, business discussions, stakeholder sessions, or transformation initiatives preferred
- Experience working across business and technology stakeholders preferred
- Exposure to transformation initiatives, process improvement, technology enablement, or change management considered an asset
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while driving practical execution
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, workflow optimization, or innovation initiatives is considered an asset
