Job Summary
Lead end-to-end payroll and employee lifecycle transformation projects across multiple countries, driving local discovery activities and defining future-state solutions. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies while coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration. Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, oversee testing and payroll validations, and support change management, training, and transition into operational support. Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations while providing regular updates to senior leadership. This temporary assignment concludes October 31, 2027, with a preference for candidates in Poland, Spain, or Nordic countries.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key workshops and project milestones
- Location in Poland, Spain, or the Nordic countries
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Strada, divestments, or carve-out projects
- Experience supporting organizations operating across Nordic countries
- Extensive project management experience within payroll, HR transformation, or shared services environments
- Proven experience leading payroll implementation projects in complex, multinational organizations
- Strong experience with Workday, including payroll-related processes and integrations
- Solid understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
